What an absolute shambles! This dodgy energy provider rang me up, seemingly wanting to chat with the bill-payer in our home. They kept prying into our energy contract, which struck me as rather odd. The strangest bit? The bloke insisted on calling me "Sajan" throughout the conversation, which, mind you, isn't even close to my actual name. Really baffling behaviour!
