I got a message with some kind of code for a crypto account, it said if I didn’t request it to ring 0116 300 0131. some guy called jim, with a pretty poor grasp of english, got on the phone saying he was from carphone warehouse. i told him i’m on the tps list, but he just chuckled and went “yeah, whatever”. i then asked where he got my number from and after that, the line just went dead silent apart from him breathing, so i ended up hanging up.

They were droning on about some sort of promotional offer, suggesting they could help me save some money, and then they quizzed me about the type of phone I've got.
