Received a call today whilst I was enjoying my lunch - not in the mood for phone chit-chat, to be honest. I hung up straight away. I’ve been through a few sessions with CT Skills, and I’m really hoping the jobcentre hasn’t signed me up for any additional courses without my knowledge. What a bunch of nincompoops if that’s the case!

I received a communication from this number, which I believe belongs to CT Skills. They reached out to discuss a course I was participating in.

I can hardly believe it, but this number has been a persistent nuisance, ringing me six times over the past couple of days! They seem to have a knack for calling when I'm right in the middle of my job, making it impossible for me to pick up the phone. On one occasion, I managed to answer, and it turned out to be Scottish Power trying to discuss lowering my energy costs. I explained that I wasn't interested since I live at home, and they assured me they'd remove me from their list. Yet, lo and behold, the very next day, they rang me four more times, all while I was at work! Frustrated, I called them back, and they swore they'd finally take my name off their list, providing some feeble excuse for their previous failure. But guess what? They've already rung me twice today! It's utterly ridiculous!
