For the past three days, this number has been ringing me up twice daily. On the 27th of November, I finally answered. The caller claimed to be from Microsoft and insisted there was an issue with my computer. When I pushed back, they became rather aggressive, warning me that if I didn’t cooperate, I’d be taken off their list and any future computer mishaps would fall squarely on my shoulders. I firmly told them I wouldn’t divulge any personal information since I had no clue who they were, but they kept pressing for my details. The chap went by the name of Mack and mentioned his affiliation with Tec Eastquad. Quite the dodgy exchange, if you ask me!

Over the past three days, this number has called me twice daily. When I finally picked up, they claimed to be from Microsoft’s technical support. However, when I pushed back a bit, they became quite hostile, threatening to take me off their list and insisting that if my computer ran into issues later, it would be on me, not them. Quite a shocking experience, to say the least!

Within a span of just two days, I received a couple of phone calls from this number. The callers claimed to be representatives from Windows, insisting that my computer had issues. They urged me to power on my device so they could assist me or even offered to guide me through various commands. It strikes me as nothing more than a scam!

I've received two phone calls from this number in the last couple of days. The first call was from a bloke with an Indian accent claiming to be from Windows, who insisted that there were issues with my computer and wanted me to switch it on so he could fix it. When I told him I was occupied and asked him to ring back later, he just hung up without following up. Then, the very next day, a woman called, also identifying herself as being from Windows. I mentioned the previous call from the chap the day before, and to my disbelief, she claimed there was no record of him reaching out to me and insisted this was her first attempt. I explained that I had owned my computer for years and wasn’t buying what she was selling, and requested her to cease calling. She too ended the conversation abruptly.
