They assured me they could help me reclaim costs, yet there's no website to verify their legitimacy. I strongly recommend requesting a physical address where you can send any documents before proceeding. (Just who do you think you're dealing with???) What exactly might their forms ask for (bank names, account details, types of accounts)? Sounds awfully suspicious, doesn’t it???
