Just got a call from an Indian bloke claiming he could sort me out with a free boiler, says it’s all government funded. Sounds like the same spiel others here mentioned. Definitely feels like one of those scripted calls.

Got a call from a guy, sounded Asian, claiming to be from some government programme. He wanted to know how old my boiler is. I just told him nothing and ended the call immediately. Honestly, best thing is not to get involved with these callers at all.

I said hello a few times before someone finally spoke. An Asian man answered briefly with a hello then quickly ended the call. It took ages for him to respond once I picked up.
