They said they’d help, but soon after, my laptop was taken over remotely and money started disappearing from my bank account. Luckily, my bank caught some of the transactions in time, but a few still got through. They kept texting me to ring them back. I was chatting with HP online for support before this call, so I thought it was legit. Turns out, it was all a scam.
