“Look, Callum, I don’t share personal stuff with random callers.” “I wasn’t asking for personal info.” “You literally asked if I’m ill.” “No, I didn’t, and that’s not personal info. You’re mistaken.” “Alright, then tell me exactly what you asked.” “Have you had any accidents, medical negligence issues, or workplace slips or falls?” “That’s basically asking if I’ve been unwell.” “You’re bloody clever, huh?” Then the call just cuts off. Honestly, this bloke really needs to understand the difference between personal info and personal details.

Received a dodgy call from someone claiming to be with First Support, probing about a fictitious accident from the past three years. The caller, with a thick accent that didn't quite sit right, was rather brusque and lacking in clarity. They just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Strangely enough, the call came from Nottingham.

This number rang me and I instantly felt something wasnt right. The person on the other end was really pushy and spoke poorly, quite rude too. When I told them no to everything, they reckoned they’d take me off their list.
