Avoid answering this number, it's a scam and they keep calling without hanging up till you do. They can be quite rude and will keep ringing if you don't block them. They also use the number 01158710856, so make sure you block that one as well.

SCAM Got loads of calls from some insurance company saying I had to renew my home cover. They were clearly just reading a script. I said nope, not interested, and the lady just huffed and slammed the phone down. Definitely another SCAM.

This number has buzzed my phone four times this month alone. I let three of those calls pass me by, but my husband picked up one on the 24th of August. They claimed to be calling on behalf of J D Williams Fifty Plus and mentioned they would ring back later. I missed a call today, so I dialled the number back and got a monotonous recorded message asking for my PIN. I didn't fancy providing that, so I swiftly hung up.

Never heard of them, but the caller wanted to know if a Ms XXXX (same family name as us) was at this address. I asked who was calling, and he snapped back with 'Just answer the question, does a Ms, Mr or Mrs XXXX live here?' When I said I wouldn’t reply unless he told me his name, he just hung up straight away. Most likely some random sales call from an outdated list, but I’d say it was pretty annoying because he wouldn’t say who he was and was quite rude.
