At first, I assumed the call was from EON Nest claiming I owed over £100. I told them that wasn't right since I pay by direct debit. The woman on the line hardly spoke English, so I asked to talk to someone else but she said no. I ended the call and tried again, but it was exactly the same story, so I hung up once more. Eventually, I looked up the number on Google and found this site. Feels like a scam, so I’ve just blocked it.

They clearly knew I was with EonNext, had my name and number, but when I asked them to verify who they were, they tried fishing for more details about me. Got a voicemail from ### ### saying there were two purchases, one linked to Amazon, made on my account.
