Got a call from some guy called Leon claiming to be from Eco Homes. He said my loft conversion’s warranty had expired after 15 years and insisted I must upgrade it right away. I couldn’t help but laugh and told him there wasn’t even a loft conversion at my place, so he can jog on. Definitely a scam.
