I just had a call come through that I didn't manage to pick up.

I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but it appears to have no effect on these calls. Just ignore them and don't pick up.

When I answered, there was complete silence on the line. I can only guess it’s a pesky spam bot trying its luck.

I picked up this call because it came from an area code I recognise, but the caller didn’t utter a word. I’m inclined to label it as nuisance behaviour.

A woman contacted me regarding boiler systems, inquiring whether I would be interested in having an evaluation done for the new boiler initiative.

Despite having this number blocked on my iPhone, I still received a call from it... how can that even happen?

Didn’t leave a message, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.

I answered the call, but they hung up straight away. Honestly, if you’re not keen on having a chat, then why bother calling me in the first place? I’m reporting this as harassment because it’s just unnecessary.

This is the third occasion that this number has rung me up. My phone has marked it as a potential spam caller.

I received a call on my mobile from an 0115 number based in Nottingham, with a rather tenacious lady on the line, keen to persuade me to purchase a new boiler due to supposed efficiency issues with my current one. Quite relentless, if I must say! What a nuisance!

Quite an unprofessional experience; they knew my first name and were inquiring about the boiler, but it was really hard to catch what they were saying due to all the racket in the background.

I received a call earlier today regarding something related to boilers. Quite odd, really!

Inquiring about our boiler situation, but it was quite the challenge to hear anything due to the overwhelming background commotion. The woman on the line seemed rather unprofessional and failed to properly introduce herself when she picked up the call. I only reached out because it appeared to be a local number. Quite disappointing, to say the least.
