Picked up but no one said anything. Called back 1471 and got the number 0115 7351133, saw all the reviews. I’d say this is definitely a harassment call.

I haven't touched my phone in ages, but after finally giving it a little boost, these bloomin' nuisances won’t stop calling! They hang up as soon as I try to answer. Getting to the phone isn't exactly a walk in the park for me, and it's incredibly irritating since the only reason I powered it up was to catch calls from my doctor.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Ideal Homes, said they were doing work around where I live to make homes warmer. They started asking if my house had the original brick or if it was plastered. I told them I wasn’t interested and hung up.
