I finally picked up the phone when 01145513624 rang. A bloke on the line claimed he was with a firm linked to the lottery. I had to tell him, “Sorry mate, I’ve got no cash to spare-lost my job because of long Covid.” He responded, insisting it wasn’t about money and asked if I was still living at my current address. I confirmed I was, and then he mentioned he’d be sending me ten lottery tickets in the post. He didn’t ask for any banking info, so I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what arrives!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Lotto UK, knew my name which kinda freaked me out. They said I’d won 10 free entries for the next draw or something. I told them I’m not into gambling and asked to take my number off their list. Honestly, not sure if it was legit or just a scam. Either way, I’ve blocked the number now.
