Got a call claiming they were ringing from the national lottery about some .10p entry. They already had my address, which was a bit unsettling. I figured they’d be after my bank info next, so I just said I wasn’t interested and ended the call. I’m in Northern Ireland, by the way.

Today, I received a rather peculiar call from an unfamiliar woman requesting me to participate in some sort of survey. When I politely declined, her tone shifted dramatically, and she became quite hostile. I could swear I heard her unleashing a barrage of expletives in a language I didn’t recognise. It really gives off a whiff of a scam, if you ask me!

I got loads of calls from someone pretending to be from Consumer UK. When I tried telling them about GDPR, they just yelled and wouldn't let me speak. They even said they’ll never stop calling. This whole thing is getting beyond annoying.

Some bloke rang me claiming it was about my gas and electric. I nicely told him I’m happy with my current supplier and asked to have my number removed from their list. He kept repeating “I’m not sure” like a broken record. Then he threatened to keep calling me all day, every day. In the end, I just blocked the number.

Caller said "I'm not trying to sell you anything", then went on with some weird noise like "oooocooooa". I just hung up and blocked them straight away.

Got one of those typical South Asian scam survey calls again, this time pretending to be from Sheffield. They ask you a few simple questions, saying you’ll get some sort of prize but honestly, it’s just an excuse to keep pestering you nonstop. Best to just hang up and block the number straight away.

I got a call from someone with a strange accent, asking if I was a certain person. When I told them I wasn’t, they tried to check if I was related to that person. After I said no once more, they still went on like they were gonna talk to me. Ended up blocking the number straight away.
