Got a call saying they can sort me a cheaper gas and electric bill, but be careful not to share loads of personal stuff. They record everything you say. The more you ignore them, the more they keep dialing. Blocking doesn’t always work cos they just ring from a different number. If you do pick up, just be polite and tell them you’re not interested - they usually stop bothering after that.

I just received a rather questionable call a couple of minutes ago from these clowns, claiming they were looking into my insurance policy. As I probed them about who my insurer was, the poor chap couldn’t give me a proper answer. Surprisingly, he got defensive because I wasn’t allowing him to rattle off his rehearsed spiel and I kept peppering him with more questions. It was quite amusing, really, until he decided to abruptly hang up on me! The call appeared to be from Sheffield, England. I've since blocked the number. Result! 👍👍👍

@ bloke that guy was talking super quick and really pushing me to say my name, but he said he was ringing about some life insurance I supposedly had, which I keep telling him I don’t. Even if I did, I wouldn’t be chatting to him about it. He claimed he was linked to rsa insurance group and a few other firms he named. But when I asked him to properly say the company he was with, he just brushed it off and then out of nowhere, he cut me off. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

They insisted they weren't trying to sell me anything, but I remained firm in my response. Just as I was about to hang up, I distinctly heard them chatting about me, which struck me as exceedingly unprofessional. It certainly felt like a dodgy operation. I'd advise you to steer clear and not even pick up if they call!

I received a call claiming they were looking to reassess my life insurance policy. When I declined, the bloke on the other end wouldn't take no for an answer and was frankly quite disrespectful. It’s just another dodgy scheme, if you ask me. Best to steer clear of them.
