These con artists keep changing their phone numbers. They try picking on older folks, like a 90-year-old lady they rang recently. Luckily she was sharp enough to see through their rubbish and refused to fall for it, giving them a piece of her mind instead. ALERT SCAM ALERT! They're now calling from a mobile number, 07925659288. I caught one of these scammers on a call before and recorded it. Seriously, don’t trust them. Never share your bank info or personal stuff. If they start asking for your name, just cut the call straight away. These scams are really risky!

Absolute con artists! They were fishing for my bank info, fully trying to trick me. So dodgy. Weirdly, they had my full name, address, and postcode. I just googled myself and all my details popped up! Dunno how they got hold of it though. Anyway, I've blocked them using BT Call Protect now. I've been inundated with missed calls from this number lately. Today, I finally picked up the phone, and it turned out to be some sort of call-blocking service. The representative claimed I was already enlisted with them, but I can't recall ever signing up for it. Strangely enough, they had my name, address, and even my postcode which was unsettling. Then came the shocker; they asked for a one-off fee of £21 for their so-called upgrade! I've told them to erase any of my details they might have. Being on a pension, I simply can't manage that expense!

I had a really unpleasant call from someone claiming to be from the call preference service. When I asked for their full name and phone number, they started shouting at me, which was quite shocking. It's awful to imagine them speaking like that to older or vulnerable folks. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable.

Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent who claimed she was ringing on behalf of the Telephone Preference Service. When I told her her call was annoying and unwanted, she got really nasty and started swearing. Like someone else mentioned here, how many phone numbers do these lot even have? This is the third time today they've called me, and I’ve already blacklisted them all using my BT blocker.

Got a call today from someone named Robin, who wasn’t great at speaking English. He claimed to be from the TPS and somehow already had my name, address, and postcode. Said I normally pay my phone bill by direct debit, which isn’t true. He also knew the dates on my debit card, so I guess he’s got my number too. He told me the TPS is updating their system to block unwanted international calls and that it’d cost me £21.99 for a lifetime service. I tried telling him I wasn’t interested a few times, but he just kept on going.

Got a call on my landline from 01144388181, supposed to be from TPS. It’s the second time they’ve called in two days but from different numbers. I blocked the first and told BT to add them to their nuisance call list. I’ve just cut off my landline after getting 6 calls in about three hours (had to stop writing this to pick up another one just now). This isn’t just a scam anymore, it feels like pure harassment and silent bullying. Seriously, can someone put a stop to this?
