I’m convinced this is one of those dodgy car-phone warehouse scams. They try to trick you into handing over your bank info or payments up front, with some fake promise of refund, but then you never see a thing. The moment they ring, just block the number straight away. I actually looked the number up while talking to the bloke and found out it was a scam. Thought it’d be good fun to mess with him and get him to call back - which he did. I just let it ring off and blocked it again. Then, bang, four more calls from different UK landlines within minutes! Honestly, I don’t understand why the police don’t do more about these crooks. Never give out personal details, bank info, or money to these lot.

The person on the line had a really thick accent and their English was all over the place, but I caught something about "Car Phone Warehouse".
