Got a robot voice about a car crash then got passed to some call centre. Had a bit of fun asking if ’this is the one where I kicked the bucket?’. They didn’t seem to like that much. These lot have loads of different Sheffield numbers so if you block one, expect to get spammed from loads more. Gonna mess about and see how long I can string them on with my made-up crash and injuries. Next round I’m gonna ask which firm they’re with cos I’ve had some dodgy paperwork lately, might try to pin down a real name.

I picked up the initial call and they started asking about a "car accident I was supposedly involved in". I told them straight up I've never had such an accident. Since then, they keep ringing me and hang up as soon as I answer (guessing to check if the number's still in use so they can flog it for more money). Don’t bother trying to get them to take you off their list, they clearly don’t care about the rules and are just wasting people’s time unlawfully. Best to just ignore them altogether.

Got 11 missed calls from ‭0114 071 7785‬ over just 2 days. They all left voicemails but it’s just silence, then they cut off after a few seconds. It’s driving me mad! I’ve had to keep my phone on silent all day and night because they ring at the oddest times. Surely there’s some way to completely block numbers like this? I picked up once and they started talking about a car crash I supposedly had. I asked the lady to give me more info so I could confirm it. She insisted I confirm what was on her screen. I told her if she already had all the info then she’d know I don’t even have a driving licence. Then the call just cut off. These calls are pure harassment and seriously annoying.
