I told him again I wasn’t keen on new windows no matter what the test showed. He said there was no point in coming then and cancelled the appointment. But next day, Samuria called me asking why I’d cancelled! When I explained they had heard I didn’t want new windows, the woman just hung up on me without a word. Absolutely terrible manners and zero customer service. It’s clear they’re just pushing to sell expensive new windows and trying to trick people into thinking they’ll save loads with their “special” glass. I told them straight up I knew they were scammers, said I had their number and would report them. They quickly ended the call. This 0114 number seems to be registered to a legitimate company that provides phone numbers to businesses in Sheffield, probably to make it look like the call is from there.
