I’ve received a call from this number, and it turns out it’s linked to an energy provider known as Utilita. To be honest, it felt like one of those usual sales calls; they were pressing me to switch my energy supplier over to them. Their tone seemed rather urgent, almost as if they were in a bit of a panic. I’ve heard they have a reputation for incessantly ringing folks and attempting to persuade them, sometimes rather aggressively, to commit to a contract with them.

Yeah, it’s defo Utilita, they left a voicemail. I ditched them cause they kept changing the terms. Joined up about 3 years back and within 3 months, they altered the tariffs. I phoned them up to say this isn’t what they had said when I signed on, but as expected, the rep just went through the whole energy price hike spiel. The prices kept going up for a couple of years until I finally quit.

Please stop ringing me, they’re really persistent. Even after I told them I’m going through a unexpected family bereavement, the woman just kept pushing about my energy bill.
