Got a call saying my loft insulation was all wrong, right? I asked how they knew that, and the guy said his manager had actually been to my place and checked it out (he already had my address and number and all that). I told him I live on the ground floor flat, so no loft at all, and then he just ended the call. Weird.

Got a call from them yesterday, they said it was a national survey but I told them I was tied up. They rang back today and I somehow picked up the phone while they weren’t paying attention. Overheard some chat at their office and caught a few names like Galliana, Jacob and Lewis. The person who called me is bald and seems like lots of them vape.

Got a call from a bloke named Darren claiming to be from Energy Advisory in Oxford about some loft insulation issues, like damp patches. Seemed legit at first, but I wasn't buying it. They said they were from Oxford, yet the phone code was from Sheffield. When I asked if they were the ones who fitted the insulation, he said he was new and his manager would ring me for a 'inspection' and more details. The moment I mentioned scams, he just ended the call.
