I got a call from someone who claimed one thing after another, just trying to get me connected to a care home. Turns out, it was actually a recruitment agency looking for nurses and people to manage those homes. Bit misleading if you ask me!

The bloke had an awful tone right from the start. I ended the call as soon as I realised it was a call centre, but then they called me back and started shouting. They asked for my mum, and when I told them she wasn’t in, the guy rudely said ‘if you hadn’t hung up, I’d know that’. Honestly, such nerve! Total muppets.
