I missed the initial call but returned it later. The woman on the line was speaking at such a rapid pace that I had to ask her to slow down and repeat herself. She mentioned she was with a company named Just Glass, insisting it wasn’t a sales pitch and inquired if I was the property owner. I chose not to confirm that. She claimed they were acting on behalf of the Government, offering grants for new windows and doors. I informed her that I wasn't interested, and she promptly ended the call.
