Somebody called me claiming to be from EDF, said my bill was going up by 50% and wanted to sort it all out by switching my direct debit over to them. They already had my info, which was creepy. Totally rude as well, the woman said her name was Michelle Roso or something, she really should get better at her job!

This is the third time in a row I’ve got a call from a few different numbers, but it’s always some bloke with the same or a very close Indian accent. I just hung up on him before he could finish what he was saying.

I was really shaken when they rattled off my full name, address, and even my postcode out of nowhere. When I warned them I’d be putting the call through to the police, they just slammed the phone down on me. Honestly, it’s about time someone stepped in to stop these calls, particularly since they could easily target weaker folks.
