I've received a rather alarming call purportedly from HMRC, warning me of impending legal consequences. It sounded quite dubious, to say the least!

What a sinister number! I'd highly recommend putting it on your blocked list! I just received a voicemail that was quite alarming; it claimed to be from HMRC, stating I was under investigation for tax dodging. They urged me to hit 1 to speak to my case worker and made threats about an arrest warrant being issued if I failed to respond. Be cautious!
