Didn't bother to leave a message, which is rather infuriating.

I suspect this is a fraud ring operating from abroad. They informed me that I was eligible for a loan, made an offer, and pretended to be part of the UK Helpline. The funny thing is, I have absolutely no interest in taking out a loan and have never submitted any application.
