I rang up an elderly family member to chat about their kitchen appliance insurance, but when they were confronted about something, they suddenly unleashed a barrage of extremely crude language.

got a call about some kind of prepaid funeral deal, which quickly turned into them pushing life insurance as well. he just made up loads of stuff and i kept him chatting for about 15 mins. kept asking him the same questions and saying i needed a pen and paper to jot it all down. honestly, just do whatever you can to drag it out and waste their time. paul here from bradford.
