It’s really annoying how they keep calling nonstop, about 40 times in just ten minutes, making it impossible for anyone else to get through on our main line. They don’t even bother to say their name and sound really aggressive. Such rude and threatening behaviour, totally unacceptable.

This individual is quite unpleasant and has been quite the nuisance. I won't disclose their name or where they’re based, but they’ve taken to hurling insults at our management team, labelling them as incompetent and using very inappropriate language. Quite disgraceful behaviour, really!

So guess what, they claimed we asked for PPI (which we totally didn’t). We told them to shove off for bugging us and have now blocked their number. They had the cheek to ring us again, but obviously, they got blocked again lol!
