When I finally got through, some Indian guy just said 'we don’t want to do business with you, I’m hanging up' ?? What kind of nonsense is that? You called me first, muppet!

Ugh so annoying, they ring daily changing the last 4 digits and just leave it to go to voicemail without saying anything. Received a call purporting to be from UK VOSA, which, let’s be honest, hasn’t existed since 2014 and was succeeded by DVSA. They went on to ask me three questions, the last of which was about PPI. Honestly, don’t bother responding-it's a complete waste of time.

They keep ringing and asking for a Michelle Brown, which isnt me. When I ask who’s calling, they mumble some company name I cant make out, even after I asked them to say it three times. Then when I try to find out what the call is about, they just hang up on me! It’s not always this number either, but it’s always the same question about Michelle Brown.
