The person on the phone informed me that if I decided to proceed with the case, they would send me the necessary forms by mail. The organization is currently under investigation for violating the legal code of conduct. I'd encourage you to also report them to TPS online, as an increasing number of complaints could lead to prosecutions and fines reaching up to £2,000,000.
