Over the past couple of days, I've been getting loads of calls and messages from all sorts of numbers and area codes, each one asking for someone called Matt - who even is that? I keep having to block every single number, probably why they keep switching them up. Turns out it's the same dodgy loan outfit every time. It’s really annoying. You’d think they’d realise by now I’m not daft enough to be taken in... and oh yeah, I’m definitely not Matt!

Some bloke with an Indian accent rang me up claiming he was handling my loan. He started asking for all sorts of personal stuff, then wanted my bank info, which I obviously refused to give. I just told him I wasn’t interested anymore and hung up.

Over the past day, I've been getting about half a dozen calls from this number and others, all claiming to be from MFUK and saying I’m eligible for a loan. When I told the fourth caller I wasn’t interested, they just hung up on me mid-sentence. Be cautious, they seem to use a variety of numbers from different locations to trick you into picking up.

They've been ringing me at least five times a day and attempted to withdraw £100 from my bank, even though I've never actually spoken with them.

First, a dodgy loan firm rang me up, then they tried ringing again but this time from a different 0161 number.

Watch out for Mfuk loans, they push you to sign up for an O2 phone contract but once you’re in, they stop answering calls about the loan. Definitely be cautious dealing with them!
