I just had the most infuriating encounter with a telemarketer! The chap claimed we’d had a conversation a couple of months back, which is utterly false-utterly ludicrous! He was unwilling to acknowledge my disinterest in his pitch, which was beyond irritating. Despite all the attempts I’ve made to stop these nuisance calls, I still find myself getting hassled during work hours, all while I’m trying to concentrate on my patients. It’s incredibly frustrating! To top it off, he insisted he was ringing from British Gas! What a cheek!

I received a phone call from a chap purporting to be with British Gas. When I informed him that we’re not associated with their services, he abruptly shifted his persona and offered to secure a superior deal for me instead. It’s quite clearly a scam, especially since he was reluctant to provide any information via email or engage in a proper conversation.
