Had a really frustrating call from some telemarketer today. He kept insisting we’d talked a couple of months back, which is just not true. Didn’t seem to care at all when I told him I’m not interested in whatever he was selling. It’s so annoying, especially when you’re busy working and suddenly phone rings thinking it’s someone important, but nope, another sales call. And he said he was ringing on behalf of British Gas too! Proper cheeky.

Someone rang me saying they were from British Gas, but I told them I don't deal with British Gas at all. Then, out of nowhere, they switched things up and said they could offer me a better deal. Pretty sure it’s a scam, especially since they wouldn’t send any details over email or keep talking properly.
