Got a call from someone saying he was a “business account manager” from Vodafone, but I’ve never had a business account with them. So, I rang the number back out of curiosity and weirdly enough got straight through to a bloke, no robot voice or anything - which I didn’t expect from Vodafone, usually it’s all automated.

Just got a call claiming I was picked for some exclusive business deals or tariffs or something. Sounds like a total scam to me, so best to steer clear.

so this lass called sophie claiming to be from 'ee', telling me i was eligible for some sort of discount on my bill. sounded pretty convincing at first, proper professional. during the chat, i casually mentioned i knew a mate who works at ee, and suddenly she said she needed to "step away and verify my details" and promised to ring back in about 10 minutes. well, 3 hours later and no sign of her whatsoever. watch out for this one, she seemed really legit and could easily trick a few folks.

Got a call, all they did was say "hello" before hanging up straight away. Used who-called to check who it might be and decided to block the number now.

I got chatting with a bloke called Barry, and as soon as I hinted it might be a spam call, he suddenly got really rude and aggressive.
