I gave my details online to a property buying firm expecting an email with a quote, but instead I only get calls nonstop. I never wanted to chat on the phone, just have the info sent in an email. Once I submitted it, instead of showing me a quote instantly, it said someone would ring me soon from a number I didn’t know. They’ve called me a few times now, but honestly, I’m not keen on answering.
