So, I got a phone call where the person wanted me to verify my ID, address and whether I was working full-time or just part-time. Then she said her system was running slow and asked me to hang on for a couple of minutes. But it actually took about three minutes for her to return. Afterwards, she began asking some personal stuff, saying it was like an interview. She mentioned they’d get in touch if anything came of it.

This number has been ringing me constantly, and they even use my name when they call. If you’re a business looking to hire students, here’s a few things you really ought to do: Start by properly introducing yourself. Let the person know which organisation you’re representing. Clearly state the job role you’re offering. Set up a date for the interview. Give clear details of the time, place and date for the meeting. Provide the name of the person they’re speaking with. Mention who recommended them to contact the candidate. It’s really not on to call people out of the blue and stress them out without giving any info. Honestly, I think this company’s calling approach should be looked into and maybe even reported. Would appreciate some honest feedback about my experience here, and how you plan to make things better from now on. Cheers, Chantel Sauls 0812558550

Hey, can someone call me an agent? They told me I gotta get ready for an interview but I haven’t got no details about when or where it’s happening.
9 years
They mentioned they'd got my details from my Dhet grant application and the Department of Higher Education. Then they asked if my first name was my only name. They wanted to offer me something, but I told them I’m already busy. They asked if I was interested part-time or full-time. When I said full-time, they asked if they could keep my info on file so I wouldn’t have to reapply next time I needed a job with them. They gave me an email like customerwgat@harambe or something similar. The woman also said her system was running slow and she’d call back after 1pm, but I ended up waiting on the phone for nearly 20 minutes.

On Thursday, this number 011 071 2600 rang me three times but I didn’t pick up for some reason. Then on Friday at about 9:01 am, I saw another missed call from them. My phone sometimes freezes so I just ignored it. Later I found out they also called my sister to tell me I need to email some documents, but I don’t have their email address. Can someone please call me back? I tried calling 011 071 2600 myself but couldn’t get through to anyone. I really need to know what I’m supposed to do. Thanks in advance, hope to hear from you soon.

Got calls from those same digits too, but whenever I pick up, they just hang up right away. It’s so annoying, especially when you’re expecting important calls and then these scam ones pop up out of nowhere. Bloody nuisance!

Hey, I got a ring and picked up, but the bloke started asking me stuff. I tried answering but then the line went dead, or at least it was really hard to hear him. I asked my mum to help catch what he was saying but he snapped at her to hand the phone back to me and said I shouldn’t be talking about this with her. I felt proper baffled, seems unfair to me. If I’m meant to sign up for anything, she definitely should be in the loop. Sorry, just super confused right now. Could someone ring me back on 0638162387 please?

Hey, so I got a call and my son picked up. The guy started asking me some questions which I tried to answer, but out of nowhere the line cut off and I couldn’t catch what he said. I passed the phone to my mum to listen but the bloke insisted she hand it back to me and warned me not to talk about it with her. That really threw me off because it doesn’t seem right - if it’s something I need to sort out, she should know everything. Honestly, I’m a bit lost here. Could someone please ring me back on 0638162387? Thanks!
