Claimed he wanted to fix some issue with their service. When I asked what part of Microsoft he was from, he said technical support. But as soon as I pressed for more info, he just cut the call. I just laughed, and the woman on the other end asked if I was seriously laughing. I told her to stop with this dodgy scam before she ended the call abruptly! Proper cheek! I’m definitely going to mess with them next time they call.
