Picked up but no one spoke. They rang a couple more times after that. Feels like a scam call. I've blocked the number now.

There's no such thing as an international dialling code 0071, so whatever they're trying to sell is definitely a scam! I'm guessing it's a fake number, maybe a VOIP line from some random place like Timbuktu or somewhere equally obscure. Don’t fall for it!
