On the 28th of August 2018, I got a call from 0017183770931. The guy said he was from Windows, but the connection was awful and he sounded like he had an Indian accent. He told me there was something wrong with my PC. I asked which computer he meant and then he just abruptly cut the call. Seems like a scam to me. I've blocked that number since and flagged it as risky because it might cause some serious trouble if you engage with them.
