This number, 00916521545501, kept calling me several times but each time i picked up they just hung up straight away. Its really odd how they keep changing the number slightly too.

On the morning of 1st March 2021, shortly after 8 am, my landline rang and I got an automated message pretending to be from our internet and phone service provider. It told me to press "one" to talk to someone or else our line would be cut off within 24 hours because of some "improper activity." Right after hanging up, I dialled 1471 to check the caller’s information. Interestingly, we had a similar call around the same time on Monday, 4th February, where a rude man with an Asian accent answered. The number showed as 0014600776743.

Got loads of silent calls that made me laugh, really weird not hearing anything when I answer!

Got a call from someone with an Asian accent saying they were from BT. They told me some third parties were messing with my broadband and said they had my BT account reference number. Then they tried to get me to let them control my PC remotely. I just ended the call and then rang 1572 to stop any more calls from them.

They keep ringing me up loads each day, saying they're from Microsoft. No matter how many times I tell them I'm not interested, they just won’t back off. The number they’re calling from is 0014690247348. Proper annoying.

Someone pretending to be from BT called up saying there was a virus on my computer. I didn't hang about and ended the call quick, but I reckon they were trying to get spyware onto my device.

Had a call from 00146796445 saying they were Microsoft and that there was a virus on my pc. Totally felt like a scam.

I've been getting loads of silent calls, all from numbers that begin with 00146, but the rest of the digits keep changing. I'm a TalkTalk customer, so really not sure what's going on with these. It's pretty annoying!

The individual who rang didn’t leave any sort of message at all.
