Some bloke called saying he was from Microsoft security and said I had to turn on my PC. I wasn’t falling for it and told him no. He got quite rude after that and threatened to delete all the Microsoft software on my computer. Total scam, don’t let them fool you!

This number phoned me twice earlier, insisting I jot down a code to access my files. I explained that my computer’s already been scanned and everything’s fine. The guy got quite pushy, kept snapping "Listen to me," threatening that I’d lose access to Microsoft services if I didn’t comply. There was a lot of noise in the background, making it hard to understand him properly. I just kept telling him my computer’s perfectly fine. Eventually, I hung up and turned off my phone. Honestly, do these people ever take the hint? I seriously doubt it.

Someone rang me saying they were from Microsoft security, telling me to switch my computer on. I refused, and the bloke got quite rude, talking about my Microsoft stuff getting cancelled. Total scam, don’t fall for it!

So I got a call from someone who said it was about my computer. But as soon as I told them I knew it was a scam, they just ended the call right away.

Some bloke rang me saying there was an issue with my Microsoft computer. I told him I didn’t have any Microsoft stuff at all. Then he went on about how they’d have to cancel my Microsoft license if I didn’t sort it. I kept telling him I didn’t own anything from Microsoft. He sounded proper annoyed and threatened to cut off all my Microsoft products if I didn’t listen. When I asked for a manager, he just hung up. They’ve called over 15 times at all times of the day for the past couple weeks. Fingers crossed they get the hint, but I’m not holding out much hope.

Today I got a call from a lady claiming my computer was infected with a virus. She told me to hit the Windows key and the R key together so she could "check my security code". I knew it was a scam, so I just pretended to go along with it for a bit. Then she asked if I was messing about and wasting her time. I just said, yeah, same here, and said goodbye!
