Felt really dodgy. This woman said she was from BT internet or something, and told me my broadband was involved in some illegal stuff. Said I'd have to turn off my router and said she'd guide me through it. She even asked if I was close to my router at that moment. I just ended the call straight away because it seemed so fake.
