No idea where they found my number from but keep taking £4.50 out each time. I have no clue who these people are, so I checked my bill and rang up to question it. Switched my settings to stop it, but they're still taking money. Ended up blocking the number now. Going to head to Tesco tomorrow and see if they can help fix this mess. Seriously, make sure you keep a close eye on your phone bills!!!

I received a text saying something like ‘FreeMsg: Reminder. You’re signed up for Wizzminds weekly contest at £4.50 per week, text stop to 61177 to cancel. Need help? 08000155139.’ Even after blocking them, they still took money from my account. Avoid calling either of those numbers - it’s definitely a scam! I changed my safety limit to zero so they couldn’t take any more dosh. The messages don’t even appear in my regular texts. Have a close look at your bill as this is a premium text charge.

Make sure you go through your phone bill closely, particularly the texts. I’ve noticed I’ve been hit with a £4.50 charge twice every month, totalling £9. Don’t have a clue how they managed to get access to my phone, but it’s definitely some kind of premium text message scam.
