Eventually, my husband managed to ask for his name and contact details. The caller provided the name Patrick Williams, with an address at 207 Thelma Road, Leicester. However, when we looked it up, it turned out to be listed as the former Money Advice Bureau, which is certainly not accurate and seems to have vanished entirely.
