Had a peculiar call on the landline from someone with a foreign accent, keen to buy shares. Strange thing is, they didn’t want to send anything through the post and asked for an email address instead. It's not something that affects me directly, but one of my housemates was on the receiving end. Naturally, I sniffed a scam from a mile away!
