Beware of this dodgy scheme! I received a call from a chap identifying himself as Alex Snyder, claiming to be from some east Indian call centre. He was insisting that he's with Microsoft Office support and that my account had been compromised due to possible hacking attempts. Naturally, his next step was to urge me to go online and grant him remote access to “help” secure my account-in reality, it felt more like an attempt to infiltrate my information. He also mentioned a company called GOT Support, but I had a proper look at their website, and it looked decidedly suspect. Just steer clear!
