I don't believe Virgin even bothered to look into this at all. I've never dialled that number, and during certain weeks, there’s not even anyone around to make calls. I've had enough and cancelled my account with Virgin Media. Honestly, they’re just as dodgy as the ones behind this whole con. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re in cahoots with them!
