Honestly, these people are complete muppets and should be out of work. They ring non-stop, and the moment you ask to speak to a manager, they just cut off. There’s no way I’d trust them with any insurance, even if it was a matter of life and death. Proper knobs, the lot of them. I’m only putting up with it because I’m decent. Definitely worth reporting to the BBB. They probably deserve worse - like eating rubbish and drinking something disgusting.
