I received a rather alarming message from this number. The individual asserts that he is Jose Contreras, hailing from Jacksonville, Florida. He went on to boast about his connections with the Mexican cartels and mentioned running a shady enterprise involving women. Out of the blue, he sent me a text, laced with threats to take my life, alongside a horrifying photo of a van containing three corpses. He ominously detailed plans to sever my fingers, eliminate me, and harm my family, while also demanding a sum of £1,200. Quite a deeply unsettling encounter, to say the least.
