I have received numerous calls on my mobile phone from an unknown number. I strongly believe that it could either be someone who dialled the wrong number or a marketing call. I would never give out my cell phone number to anyone, as I don't even remember it myself. The only people who have my number are my Uncle, who has caller display on his landline phone, and Telus. However, the chances of Telus contacting me are unlikely since I use phone cards to top up my phone.

It is rather irritating. You receive persistent phone calls from them approximately 4 to 6 times per week, for a duration of 1 or 2 weeks. Then, there is a break in the calls for about 1 month. However, they resume their calls after this period and continue to harass you for an entire week. Then, another pause of 3 weeks occurs before they start calling again. On a couple of occasions, you have answered their calls to politely inform them that you are not interested. However, no one responds on the other end, and you can hear indistinct voices in the background. It raises the question of what kind of game these people are playing. Today, they have contacted you twice, once in the afternoon and once in the evening, and it is becoming exasperating. Please help me put an end to their calls. I have already made it clear to these individuals that I am not interested when they first contacted me soon after I purchased my Chevy Sonic. I believe it pertains to Sirius XM radio.
